Franco-Ukrainian Diploma: International Experience and New Horizons

The Franco-Ukrainian Bachelor’s Diploma in Management and International Trade (BAC+3) is a unique educational program created through a partnership between Ukraine and France. It offers Ukrainian students the opportunity to gain an international education and professional experience, opening doors to careers in leading international companies.
The program is implemented in collaboration with IAE Metz School of Management (University of Lorraine), one of France’s leading institutions specializing in management and business. Founded in 1988, the school educates over 1,400 students annually.

The academic year runs from September 15 to March 31, after which students undertake internships lasting 3 to 6 months in leading European companies. Students study at the IAE Metz School of Management, part of the University of Lorraine, specializing in management and business.
The program covers key subjects such as international management, marketing, financial management, intercultural management, and information systems management. For students with insufficient French language skills, a summer school is organized to improve language proficiency, enabling them to successfully engage in the academic process.
The Theprogram is free of charge, and Ukrainian students are eligible for social scholarships in France upon obtaining temporary protection status. Assistance with finding accommodation is also provided.
Additionally, the program actively promotes cultural exchange by involving students in projects that showcase Ukrainian culture in France. This allows students not only to gain an education but also to become ambassadors of their country.

Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Personal Startups

This program is not only about earning a diploma, but about shaping a new generation of entrepreneurs and leaders. It empowers students to think like founders: identify opportunities, create value, and build projects in an international environment.
Throughout the program, participants develop their own business ideas or scale existing projects, going through all key stages of startup creation — from idea validation and market research to building a business model and pitching their product.

The program is integrated into the European startup ecosystem: through collaboration with accelerators in Paris, Metz, and Luxembourg, students gain access to mentorship, hands-on workshops, and networking with entrepreneurs and investors.

This creates a real opportunity not just to learn, but to launch a startup, test ideas on an international level, and take the first concrete steps toward building a business.

Summer School

For students wishing to join the Franco-Ukrainian program but who have a French proficiency level below B1/B2, a summer school is organized. This is an intensive language course before the academic year begins.

The summer school is designed to help students improve their French language skills to the level required for study, specifically to at least A2/B1. The program also focuses on helping students adapt to the language environment and academic requirements, enabling them to feel confident in their studies. Additionally, special emphasis is placed on developing communication skills, which are key for successful integration into the program and effective interaction with teachers and classmates.
Learning Format:
Intensive lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and conversational practice.● Experienced instructors specialized in preparing international students.● Additional resources: interactive exercises, language clubs, and cultural events.
The summer school is an essential part of the program for those aiming to successfully integrate into the international academic environment and make the most of their studies in France.
